Click on the Videohub icon from the product family list.
Navigate to the official Blackmagic Design support site.
Look under the "Latest Downloads" column. You are looking for the most recent Blackmagic Videohub Software Update (e.g., v11.x or higher).
Select the Mac OS X or Windows button to start the download.
