By default, DocuSign often attaches the completed PDF to the final "Completed" email. You can stop this to ensure the document stays within the secure DocuSign environment. Go to Admin > Signing Settings . Setting: Uncheck "Attach documents to completion email".
If a signer has their own DocuSign account, they can always log in and download the document from their "Inbox," regardless of your individual envelope settings.
