Most state boards provide a dedicated result portal for downloading a provisional marks memo immediately after results are announced.

Access the memo at bse.telangana.gov.in or results.bsetelangana.org. For older records (2004 onwards), the board offers a specific marks memo page where you enter your roll number and date of birth. download 10th marks memo
