Open the specific base and table you wish to download.

Check for Filters . Only the records currently visible in the view will be downloaded. To export everything, remove all filters. download airtable base

Ensure you are in a Grid view . If you are in a Kanban or Gallery view, switch to Grid via the view switcher in the top left. Open the specific base and table you wish to download

Click the dropdown arrow next to the view name in the toolbar. download airtable base
