Before you download third-party software, check if your device has a high-quality native filter built into the operating system. Windows 10 & 11: Night Light Go to > System > Display . Click on Night Light settings . You can toggle it on immediately or schedule it for sunset. macOS & iOS: Night Shift On Mac: Go to System Settings > Displays > Night Shift .
