Select the icon in the upper right corner. Click Export to .csv .
Dashboards in Power BI are made of "tiles" pinned from reports. To get the data behind a specific visual: Hover over the tile you want to export.
This happens if the report uses a Live Connection to Analysis Services or if the creator explicitly blocked access to the raw rows.
