This folder will store your database and configuration so they aren't lost when you update the container.
Set a local port (e.g., 8080 or 7087 ) to map to the container port 80 .
Download either domoticz/domoticz:stable (for stability) or domoticz/domoticz:beta (for the latest features). download domoticz synology
Go to the tab, select the downloaded Domoticz image, and click Run .
Open and create a folder named domoticz inside your existing docker shared folder. This folder will store your database and configuration
If you prefer a direct install without Docker, you must add community repositories to your Package Center. In Package Center , go to Settings > Package Sources > Add . Add SynoCommunity : http://packages.synocommunity.com .
In the General tab, set the trust level to Synology Inc. and trusted publishers . Go to the tab, select the downloaded Domoticz
To download and install on your Synology NAS , you have two primary options: using a third-party package source or deploying via Docker (now called Container Manager on newer DSM versions).
