The driver only makes the hardware visible; you still need software to record video.

Download your chosen driver package and unzip it to a folder on your desktop.

Find the entry labelled usbtv007 or SM-USB 007 , usually under "Other Devices" with a yellow warning icon. Update Driver: Right-click the device and select Update driver . Choose "Browse my computer for drivers" . Navigate to the folder where you extracted the drivers.
