: Unlike HTML files, JSON backups are not easily read by other browsers like Chrome or Edge. However, they are perfect for exact restoration within Firefox.
: A window will open asking where to save the file. The default name is bookmarks.html . Choose an easy-to-find spot like your Desktop or Documents folder and click Save . Alternative: Create a Manual Backup (.json)
This method creates a standalone file that you can save to your desktop, a USB drive, or cloud storage like Google Drive.
