All computers must be on the same local network (Wi-Fi or Ethernet).

Copy a file on your Mac and paste it directly onto your Windows PC.

Click the "Flow" tab on the left sidebar and tap "Enable."

Choose between the Windows or macOS version.

Ensure your firewall isn't blocking the Logi Options+ app.
