If you want to manage music directly on the headset without a constant PC connection, sideloading is your best bet.
Connect your Quest to your PC using a high-quality USB-C cable. Put on the headset and select Allow to give the PC access. Your Quest will appear as a drive in File Explorer. Drag and drop your MP3, WAV, or FLAC files into the "Music" folder located in the Internal Shared Storage.
