Webex does not currently have a single "Download All" button for personal direct messages. Users must typically use manual methods:

If your organization enables chat saving, hosts of scheduled or Personal Room meetings can download messages once the session concludes. Open the Webex App and navigate to the Meetings tab. Select Meeting Recap to see a list of past sessions. Webex does not currently have a single "Download
Hold Shift and click the first message, then Ctrl and click others to select specific lines. Right-click and choose Copy message to clipboard to paste them into a document. download webex messages
