For Minecraft Bedrock/Pocket Edition, X-Ray is typically installed as a .mcpack file.

Locate the downloaded .mcpack in your files app and tap it. It should automatically open Minecraft and begin the import. Activate the Pack: Go to Settings > Global Resources > My Packs . Find the X-Ray pack and click Activate .
