Drag your numeric KPI (e.g., Sales Amount) into the Values field bucket.

Click on the Drill Down Donut PRO icon in your Visualizations pane to add a blank visual.
Click on any slice to see the next level of data.
Ensure fields are in order from top to bottom (most general to most detailed).
