Click the (ellipsis) at the top right of the album cover. Select Download Album .
Open the photo you want to save. Right-click the image and select "Save image as..." to choose a destination on your computer. Alternatively, click the three dots in the top right of the photo viewer and select Download .
If you only need to save a few specific images, the manual method is the fastest.
