: Click on the specific layer, group, or frame you want to download. Use Command/Ctrl + Click for deep selection of nested items.

You don’t have to download elements one by one. If multiple layers have export settings already applied, you can download them all at once: Go to the (Figma icon). Navigate to File > Export .

: Click the "+" icon in the Export section. Choose Your Format : Select the best format for your needs: PNG : Best for UI elements with transparency. JPG : Ideal for high-detail photos where file size matters. SVG : Best for icons and logos to keep them scalable. PDF : Used for presentations or print documents.

: Look at the bottom of the right-hand sidebar. If you have "Edit" access, it's under the Design tab; for "View" access, it's under the Export tab.
