Sign in to and navigate to your Studio Project or Session.

Check the boxes for specific attendees whose markups you want to preserve in the downloaded files.

If you do not have Revu installed, you can use the Bluebeam Cloud web interface as a workaround.

To download drawings from a Bluebeam Studio Session, you must either save them individually using the command while the file is open or use the "Finish Session" function to download all documents at once . Because Sessions are cloud-hosted environments, files do not automatically exist on your local drive until you manually export or synchronize them. Method 1: Download Individual Files (Active Sessions)

Open Bluebeam Revu, log in to Studio, and enter the specific Session.

Click OK . Bluebeam will process the files and save them to your chosen folder. Method 3: Download from Bluebeam Cloud (Web Access)
