Mobile downloading is primarily used for offline access in the field. Note that the first time you open the Drawings tool on a mobile device, you must download the drawings before they can be viewed.

: Click the checkbox at the top of the table to select all drawings, or check individual boxes next to specific sheets.

: In the Procore app, navigate to the Drawings tool and tap Download next to an entire discipline (e.g., "Architectural" or "Electrical") to save all related sheets at once.

: Ensure you are in List View , as bulk selection checkboxes are not available in Thumbnail View.
