If you were an attendee and the host sent you a link to watch the recording, you can often download it directly from the viewing page. Click the URL provided by the host.

Select the Recorded tab to see a list of all sessions that have available video files.

Click the Download button. The file will typically save as an MP4, making it compatible with almost any media player. How to Download Local Recordings
