Modding BONELAB has evolved significantly since its launch. While early methods required tedious file transfers, the current process is much more streamlined thanks to the official integration of mod.io .
If you want to manually install mods from mod.io without linking an account, you can use the Mobile VR Station app available on the Meta Store.
This is the easiest way for most players to get avatars, levels, and items directly within the game.
Launch BONELAB and go to the terminal in the main menu or Hub. Select Downloads > mod.io > Log In . A 5-digit code will appear. Memorize it.
