Android allows you to remove apps that are not currently installed from your account's history.
How to Hide App Download History on Android (Google Play Store)
To see these apps again, you must go to Account Settings > Hidden Purchases .
Find the app you want to hide, on its name, and tap the red Hide button. Tap Done to save your changes.
