The utility is now implemented as a tab within Windows Device Manager . To access it, right-click "Start" > "Device Manager" > "Network Adapters" > Double-click your Intel Adapter.

You will no longer find a "PROSet" program in your Start menu.

This usually happens if you installed the "driver-only" package. Re-run the installer and select the "Full Install" or "ANS" (Advanced Network Services) options.
