Because NetBeans 8.2 was released by Oracle and the project has since moved to Apache, the original plugin URLs may be broken. If you cannot see any plugins, try adding the legacy update center manually: Go to . Click Add and enter: Name: NetBeans 8.2 Plugin Portal
