Ensure the Kaseya agent has the authority to download and execute files:

If the network is clear, the local Windows Update database might be corrupt. You can reset it manually on the endpoint:

Firewalls, proxies, or web filters may block access to critical update URLs.

Run net stop wuauserv in an elevated prompt.

If the issue persists, gather the following logs to provide to Kaseya Support : Patch Test Fails - Kaseya Helpdesk

Verify the share path is accurate and reachable from the endpoint.

Go to Agent > Set Credential and verify the account has local admin rights.
