Open a web browser on a computer connected to the same network as the Ricoh printer. Enter the printer’s IP address into the URL bar and press Enter.

To download the data to your computer, you need to use the Maintenance or Export tool within the address book menu. Click the Maintenance button or the Backup/Restore link. Choose Export.
