Double-click the downloaded setup file ( RSL_Helper_setup.exe ). By default, it installs into the C:\Program Files\RSL Helper V4 directory.

Launch the program. It will open a prompt asking to download foundational asset files. Click Yes (or Ja ) to permit the tool to build its local database of champion icons, skills, and image assets.
