Log into the Spotify Web Player using Chrome or Edge. Click on your profile icon to view your account. Right-click your avatar and select "Open image in new tab." This usually gives you a 50x50 or 640x640 version that you can then right-click to "Save image as...". tap your photo to enlarge it
