: Click Add a language , browse for your desired language (e.g., French, German, or Russian), and click Add .
: Licensed users can download the Windows Server 2016 Language Pack ISO from the Microsoft VLSC. Evaluation versions may find language-specific ISOs at the Microsoft Evaluation Center .
For environments with no internet access or for large-scale deployments, use an offline .cab file from a language pack ISO.
Click and navigate to the folder on the mounted ISO corresponding to your language (e.g., \langpacks\ru-ru\lp.cab ).
: The language will appear in your list with the status "Available for download". Click Options next to the language and then select Download and install language pack .
: Right-click the downloaded ISO file and select Mount . Run Lpksetup : Press Win + R , type lpksetup.exe , and hit Enter. Select Install display languages .
