To download , you must first log in to your RefWorks account. Navigate to the Tools menu, select Tools , and locate the Cite in Microsoft Word section to find the "Download & Install" button .
For most users, especially those on Mac or using the cloud-based Word app , RCM is the correct choice as Write-N-Cite does not support these platforms.
